THRIVE

The THRIVE Program is a medically supervised program that transitions participants from more acute phases of chronic disease management to wellness. The program, which has two options (Weight Loss & Chronic Disease Management), may include supervised exercise, nutritional counseling, chronic disease education, self management strategies and action planning to meet your wellness goals. On average, participants in THRIVE lose 6% of their body- weight and lower their LDL by 20.5 mg/dL.
