Weight Loss Challenge

 

Are you ready to make a change? Join our 10 week weight loss challenge and lose, lose, lose! With weekly weigh-ins, app challenges, and fitness and nutrition tips our team of fitness professionals are here to support you every step of the way. If you’re ready to lose weight, feel great, and look good stop by our front desk and tell them you’re ready for our challenge!

10 Week Weight Loss Challenge

Start Date: Tuesday September 3rd

How to Sign-up for this Challenge: Sign-up is free.  Please sign-up at the front desk August 26 – September 6.

Weight: Participants must weigh in at the beginning of the challenge during the weigh in dates, and then weigh in once weekly.  Body composition measurements will be taken prior to beginning the challenge, and after the challenge is complete.  Participants will have the chance to be entered into 3 prize drawings at the end of this challenge depending on their adherence, weight loss and completion of body composition measurements.

Initial Weigh-in Dates: Monday September 2 – Friday September 6 in the Fitness Office

Prizes

At the end of the 10 weeks all participants will be entered in one of three drawings. We’ll have three prize winners, each based on the amount of weight lost. 

Drawing 1: 6 month membership

  • Lose 15 or more lbs. in 10 weeks
  • Weigh in at least 8 weeks of the challenge
  • Complete both the pre and post body composition measurements

Drawing 2: 60 Min Massage

  • Lose 10 or more lbs. in 10 weeks
  • Weigh in at least 7 weeks of the challenge
  • Complete both the pre and post body composition measurements

Drawing 3: Free Sweatshirt

  • Lose 5 -9 lbs. in 10 weeks
  • Weigh in at least 7 weeks of the challenge
  • Complete both the pre and post body composition measurements

App Mini Challenges

For those that are looking for a little extra motivation we’re adding some additional mini challenges. You can access and sign-up for each of the three following challenges through our app. These challenges are totally separate from our weight loss challenge, but will give you some extra motivation if you need it! 

Run/Walk Challenge

See how many miles you can log from Sept 9 through Oct 6. Miles can be indoor or outdoor, but must be tracked through our app.

Cycling Challenge

See how many miles you can log from Oct 7 through Oct 27. Miles can be done indoor or outdoor but must be tracked through our app!

Calorie Burn Challenge

See how many calories you can burn during the final few weeks! Any activity goes as long as calorie burn is tracked through our app.
