An event every week that begins at 9:30am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, repeating indefinitely

An event every week that begins at 5:30pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating indefinitely

This class will work each body part for one hour. In that hour you will challenge your body through endurance and strength training.

Gym: Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ 9:30 am

Aerobics Floor: Tuesday, Thursday @ 5:30 pm
