Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

25 Minute AMRAP:

10 Deadlifts (95/65)

10 Ab-Mat Sit-Ups

10 Hang Cleans (95/65)

10 Pull-Ups

10 Shoulder to Overhead (95/65)

10 Burpees

1 Minute Rest

Alternate the order in which you start on the first movement every round and alternate movements. For example, if Partner A starts on the 10 Deadlifts, Partner B will start on the deadlifts in round 2.
