Row 500m & WOD Movements (No Measure)

Row 500m at an easy pace then work through WOD movements with a PVC or light barbell

500m Row
12 Deadlifts, bodyweight
21 Box Jumps, 20″

12 min EMOM

Rest 8-10 minutes after WOD. Then do 12 min strength EMOM

Deadlift (3-5 Reps EOMOM )

Pistols (3-5 reps per leg EOMOM )
