Strict Pull-Ups (or as strict as possible)

Today we’ll be working on pull-ups! Accumulate 50 STRICT pull-ups in as little sets as possible.

If you can’t do strict, you as little resistance as possible so you can build up that strength to get your first strict pull-up! If you want to scale this up, so weighted pull-ups if bodyweight is too easy!
