We’re going to be doing two different movements each today. We’ll be incorporating a push/pull day on this fine wednesday!
3 sets of 8 reps on both bench press and bent over barbell rows. Pair up with someone of similar strength and go to work!

Everyone (excluding disabilities/injuries) should do either T2B or hanging knee raises. This is going to be a very grip intensive workout and I’d like the stimulus to remain the same for everyone. This should be a fairly quick one!
