12 minute EMOM of handstand push-ups.

Pick between 3-10 reps and stick with that number of the hardest form of handstand push-up (i.e. strict, kipping, deficit, parallette).

Otherwise, scale to pike position push-ups with feet on a box, handstand push-up negatives, or handstand holds.
