16 Minute AMRAP:

12 Kettlebell Swings (24/16)

10 KB Box Step-Ups (24/20)

8 Slam Ball Over-the-Shoulders (30/20)

The kettlebell box step ups will be done while holding the kettlebell in any position. Front rack would be the best position to hold the kettlebell but ultimately it is the athlete’s choice.
