Split Jerk and Strict Pull-Ups (5×2)
Today we will be superset split jerk and strict pull-ups. There will be 5 sets of 2 reps. Increase in weight throughout each of split jerk sets and between each set complete a 6-10 strict pull-ups or as strict as possible (i.e. with the lightest resistance band).
Sc= 2 single unders : 1 double under.
