Giant Set (4×10)

Today we will be doing a “Giant Set” of bench press, DB Bicep Curls, and Bent Over Row. Partner up if you’d like!

We’ll be doing 4 sets of 10 reps of each movement. Time to impress our family members with how swole we’ve gotten this year!
