Clean and Jerk 1RM

We’ll take about 20-25 minutes to find your 1RM Clean and Jerk. This is the first movement we are going to work on for our first cycle of the New Year. The best way to see improvements is to stay consistent and come regularly to our CrossFit classes and follow the programming!
