Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

16 Minute AMRAP:

10 Slam Balls (30/20)

10 Pull-Ups

50 Double Unders (100 Singles)

100′ Farmers Carry (24/16 KB or 50/35 DB)

Single unders will be divided in half so they will be scored as 50 reps.

Farmer’s carry will count as 10 reps.
