Single Leg RDL w/ Dumbbell (3×10)

We’ll perform a Single Leg Romanian Deadlift for 3 sets of 10 reps. We will do 5 on the right leg and 5 on the left.

We will superset this with Bench Press.

Bench Press (3×6)

We’ll perform Bench Press for 3 sets of 6 reps. Work to a moderately challenging weight.

We will superset this with the Single Leg Romanian Deadlift.
