Overhead Squat w/ Pause at the Bottom (5×3)

We’ll be doing an overhead squat with a 3 second pause at the bottom of the squat.

Single Arm DB Push Press (5×8 on each arm)

8 reps on each arm.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
