The Wellness Center offers a variety of yoga classes that are free for our members to attend. In order to meet the needs of our members we’ve labeled the classes according to levels. This will allow members to choose classes that are suitable for their current fitness levels.

Our Instructors

Brooke Moore

In my classes I teach Vinyasa Flow with an Ashtanga infusion, a contemporary style of yoga, focusing on building strength, endurance, flexibility and balance by moving from one pose to the other using the breath. I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice.  I like to enhance the room with candle lights and energetic scents by a colorful diffuser. I love to design fun playlists for my students and offer cold essential towels during Svanasana after Level 3 classes and always a “touch “of Lavender for all classes to help my students feel refreshed, nourished and balanced.

Angel Wood

Angel (RYT-200) teaches vinyasa flow yoga, connecting each movement with the breath. Her classes incorporate alignment cues and options for modifications using available props. She is also trained in yin yoga (longer held asanas and stretches that target the connective tissues/fascia), and her classes periodically incorporate yin as a way for students to strengthen the connection between the body and mind.

Hope Brawley

A dancer, choreographer, yoga teacher and practitioner(CYT), herbalist, and mother.  Her classes are a Vinyasa flow style where the breath guides the movement. She seeks to create a playful, lighthearted and explorative class with fun and inspiring music that helps encourage the breath as her student unlocks her/his expressive inner self and touches upon wisdom.

Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.

Besty Harris

I teach a Vinyasa flow style of yoga. This means that the various poses (asanas) are connected in a fluid manner, almost as a dance. I emphasize breath, flexibility, strength, and balance. My classes are accessible to all through modifications and the use of props such as blocks, straps, and blankets. I am especially sensitive to the needs of those with specific challenges to mobility, endurance, and balance.

Brad Ratay

I really enjoy connecting with the community & sharing a collective movement practice. My classes are a playful and lighthearted vinyasa flow. You may hear cues such as “move & groove,” “give it a lil wiggle,” and “gyrate the hips.” I also teach a restorative yoga class, which is intended to make yoga accessible for all ability levels. Here are some fun facts about myself:
Biggest inspiration – Richard Simmons
Favorite food – Fancy toast
Favorite yoga pose – Happy baby
